When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way. Shipping time varies based on the method you choose at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with full instructions.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Final Sale and promo items are not eligible for return.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed, it begins processing quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at info@shopdistinctivelymod.com immediately and we’ll do our best — but we can’t guarantee edits once processing begins.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our studio. We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and protection. For further help, contact your local carrier.
How do I use my store credit?
You’ll receive your store credit via email within 1–2 business days after we receive and approve your return. Just use the code at checkout — credit is valid for 1 year from issue date.
Do you restock items?
Some pieces are limited drops. If a bestseller is restocking, we’ll announce it via email or SMS. Sign up so you never miss a moment.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but it’s coming soon. Right now, we ship within the continental U.S.
What size should I order?
Every piece includes size info, fit notes, and model measurements. If you’re in-between sizes or need a second opinion, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help.
